You Will Be
Assisting the Company's clients to achieve maximum advantage by conceiving and implementing innovative business and people strategies to ensure their continued growth and success.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry or professional services environment, with a strong track record of success.

     

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing consulting practices, including building and guiding high-performing teams to deliver client-facing solutions.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Workforce reskilling
    • Human resource strategies and operations
    • Organisational design and transformation
    • Organisation structure set-up
    • Manpower optimisation
    • Workforce culture and model development
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies, including:
    • Stakeholder analysis
    • Communication planning and execution
    • Training needs analysis and plan development
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic environments, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
