Job Title: Digital Strategy Manager
Department: Digital Strategy ( 3 years Contract Role)

Brief Job Description
1) This is a new position.
2) Collaborate with Tokyo HQ, Digital / Regional Management department head and local staff at offices and subsidiaries in Asia-Oceania region to carry out the following duties:
-Manage regional rollouts of digital transformation (hereinafter, "DX") initiatives, ensuring on target delivery
-Manage application/service development PROJECTS, utilizing Python and/or Java ( no need for coding skill )
- Assist in promoting DX within the region, as well as attending to requests for advice from entities in the region
- Create and review various documents in Japanese( if possible ) and English (policies, projects, investments)
-Plan and create regional information sharing platforms in Japanese and English (such as New business plan discussion paper, DX seminar deck, proposal, DX surveys, DX letters, etc.)
-Plan and run the annual regional DX conference

Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology or Business Studies
-Japanese Language competence (minimum JLPT N2 level) would be ideal ( You will interact with Japanese HQ members)
-Working professional proficiency in English & Japanese - Able to fully participate in online, in person interactions and work independently in English at least
-Project management skill for application/service development project
-Cross cultural efficacy to facilitate effective communication with Tokyo HQ and regional offices
-At least 5 years of proven work experience in IT
