【Position Title】
Customer Relations Attendant Staff
【Expected Work Scope】
- Provide interpretation services for Japanese members and their spouses/children at local hospitals and clinics
(including interpretation during medical consultations, assistance with registration procedures, explanation of medical information, insurance claims, and payment processes) - Provide telephone-based interpretation services
- Support assigned duties, including phone handling and email correspondence
- Translate documents between Japanese and English
- Support general administrative and operational tasks
- Input monthly data and handle other ad-hoc duties as required
【Ideal Candidate Profile】
Language Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required (to support Japanese patients requiring interpretation)
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in customer service
Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
PC Skills:
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Work Competency:
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Teamwork:
- A cooperative team player capable of multitasking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field is an advantage
【Working Hours】
- Official Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Official Lunch Break: 13:00 – 14:00
