Customer Relations Attendant Staff
Expected Work Scope
Provide interpretation services for Japanese members and their spouses/children at local hospitals and clinics
(including interpretation during medical consultations, assistance with registration procedures, explanation of medical information, insurance claims, and payment processes)
Provide telephone-based interpretation services
Support assigned duties, including phone handling and email correspondence
Translate documents between Japanese and English
Support general administrative and operational tasks
Input monthly data and handle other ad-hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
Language Requirements:
Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required (to support Japanese patients requiring interpretation)
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in customer service
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
PC Skills:
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Work Competency:
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Teamwork:
A cooperative team player capable of multitasking
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field is an advantage

Official Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
