Position Title

Customer Relations Attendant Staff
 

Expected Work Scope

  • Provide interpretation services for Japanese members and their spouses/children at local hospitals and clinics

    (including interpretation during medical consultations, assistance with registration procedures, explanation of medical information, insurance claims, and payment processes)

  • Provide telephone-based interpretation services

  • Support assigned duties, including phone handling and email correspondence

  • Translate documents between Japanese and English

  • Support general administrative and operational tasks

  • Input monthly data and handle other ad-hoc duties as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

Language Requirements:

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required (to support Japanese patients requiring interpretation)

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in customer service

Communication Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities

PC Skills:

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Work Competency:

  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management

Teamwork:

  • A cooperative team player capable of multitasking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Official Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

  • Official Lunch Break: 13:00 – 14:00
