JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Cloud Architect in this organization, you will have a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our client’s cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. Working closely with various teams, you will lead the advancement of cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the business. This role is ideal for someone with a profound knowledge of cloud technologies and a dedication to staying at the cutting edge of cloud innovations.

As a Cloud Architect in this organization, you will have a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our client’s cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. Working closely with various teams, you will lead the advancement of cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the business. This role is ideal for someone with a profound knowledge of cloud technologies and a dedication to staying at the cutting edge of cloud innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute the organization's cloud strategy in line with business objectives.
- Construct and deploy scalable, robust, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.
- Spearheaded the transition to the cloud, evaluating existing applications for cloud suitability.
- Establish and uphold cloud security protocols to safeguard data and resources.
- Monitor and refine cloud expenditures to utilize the most cost-effective services.
- Implement automated processes and orchestration to enhance cloud operations efficiency.
- Engage with various teams to gather their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Produce and update documents regarding cloud architecture and setups
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect) are beneficial.
- 6-8 years of established experience in a Cloud Architect role or equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, DevOps, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or PowerShell.
- A solid grasp of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in people leadership.
- Strong expertise in cloud security principles and best practices.
