Business Innovation Specialist Sales - Logistic Automation Solutions

Job Responsibilities 

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
• Manufacturing department, production technology department, quality, equipment, etc., who can manage broadly and shallowly (Excluding General affairs Other than accounting, but Including Long-term production plan, Recruitment plan etc. Performance management >>> progress confirmation, instructions)
• Manage all accounting reporting function, consist of annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, payroll, budgets, and audit etc.
• Responsible for Manufacturing, Finance & Administration, Facility Management, Quality (QC/QA), Procurement, Materials, Logistics as well as Warehousing.
• Oversees forecast capacity planning, output, planning, organizing and allocation of resources to meet delivery requirements
• Control of operations, debt, costs, maintenance, repair & replacement of fixed and mobile assets
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong Sales experience within the Construction Equipment industry.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions.
• Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and healthcare industry
• Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
• Strong analytical, planning, project management and execution skills
