JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is suited for candidates with prior experience in home appliance sales (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) who are commercially driven and capable of managing key accounts and sales channels effectively.

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives across assigned channels and dealer accounts.

  • Develop and execute effective sell-in and sell-out strategies to maximize revenue growth.

  • Plan, support, and execute channel activities including in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, and internal sales events.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the performance of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

  • Manage and support B2B sales projects, including participation in tenders.

  • Oversee stock allocation for assigned channels and dealers.

  • Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, forecasts, and promotional plans.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain healthy and optimal stock levels.

  • Manage and guide promoters in line with company direction, focus models, promotions, and pricing strategies.

  • Provide coverage and support for other Account Managers when required.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve sales, operational, or logistics-related matters.

  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation such as Credit Notes, promotional support claims, trading term rebates, delivery coordination, logistics documentation, and sales planning materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or channel sales.

  • Prior exposure to consumer electronics or home appliance products is essential.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with proven relationship management abilities.

  • Highly meticulous, proactive, and target-driven.

  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
