Position: Office Administrator
【Responsibilities】
1. Finance/ Accounting
- Bank transfer, update of bankbook
- Filing of invoices and receipts
- Liaise with accounting firm to handle company accounts
2. General Administration
- EP application and renewal
- CPF related matters
- Tracking of Annual Leave and other leaves of employees
- Tracking and updating latest employment requirements from MOM
- Ad-hoc duties as per required
【Requirements】
- Relevant experience in administrative roles
- Experience in the leasing or finance industry is advantage
- Diploma/Degree holders
- Japanese language skill (JLPT N2 or above) is required to liaise with JP HQ and Japanese clients.
