Assistant Plant Manager for a Japanese food manufacturing company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・Support to Plant Manager
Prepare meeting materials and take minutes
Report to HQ in Japanese (Japanese language required)
Coordinate schedules and tasks with other departments
・Management Support
Facilitate smooth communication with on-site staff (Chinese language required)
Assist in daily operations and issue resolution on the production floor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong interest in the food manufacturing industry (experience preferred but not required)
Conversational to business-level Chinese (essential for internal communication)
Business-level Japanese (reporting line to Japanese MD)
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges (no prior experience required)
Motivated to build operations from the ground up as part of a team
Additional Details
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (for candidates without prior experience)
