Located at central of Singapore, our client is a trading company with global presence. Currently, the team is looking for an Assistant Manager, Accounting to join their accounting team. This person will oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Responsibilities:
- Main approver for payments and journal entries
- Main person in charge for J-SOX reporting
- Responsible for monthly /quarterly closing activities
- Provide guidance for team members
- Initiate process improvement from time to time to enhance business efficiency
- Manage ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Business / Commerce or equivalent
- About 5 years working experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Business transaction reviewing /approving experiences is a must
- SAP system preferred
- Able to lead a team and great communication skill
