OVERVIEW
Our client provides corporate finance advisory services to clients on a broad range of M&A transactions such as mergers, sell-side and buy-side processes, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates
Perform research and due diligence on industries, markets and companies
Prepare client presentations
Build financial models
Perform valuation using various methods
Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and to support office functions
Work with and manage interns from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field from a reputable university
Preferably 1-2 years related work experience including internships
Knowledge in Accounting principles, financial concepts, financial modeling and valuation, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
