Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager (Tax)

Known for their expertise in structuring, compliance, and financial reporting, they deliver end-to-end solutions for investment funds and corporate entities, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and strategic growth.
Your New Role
Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on corporate and partnership tax compliance, including ECI, Form C/P, and individual tax filings
Prepare and review responses to IRAS queries
Handle Certificate of Residence applications and tax treaty reliefs
Provide tax advisory services to clients
Assist with FATCA/CRS registration and filing (preferred but not essential)
Conduct research on various tax matters
Perform ad hoc tasks related to tax compliance and advisory
Supervise and develop junior team members through coaching and training
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across departments
Manage budgeting and revenue variance analysis for the team
Key Qualifications for Success
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with strong knowledge of Singapore Income Tax Law
Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience in professional firms or in-house tax roles
Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
Additional certifications such as ATP or ATA will be advantageous
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Customer-focused and collaborative team player
