  • Partner with the Board and Audit Committee by preparing highquality financial materials, analysis, and presentations, and participating in meetings as required.

  • Provide financial leadership on capital allocation, investment evaluation, and growth initiatives, ensuring disciplined decisionmaking aligned with overall Group strategy.

Group Finance Operations & Oversight

  • Lead the Group’s corporate finance functions, including group consolidation and external reporting, group FP&A consolidation, treasury and insurance, corporate tax, centre billing and accounts receivable, and working capital management.

  • Drive strong financial discipline at site level, including oversight of cost structures, margin and yieldrelated financial analysis, capital expenditure governance, and operational financial performance.

  • Strengthen finance operating models, systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.

Financial Planning, Performance Management & Controls

  • Lead robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across the Group.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to executive management and the Board.

  • Oversee internal control frameworks, risk management, and governance standards across all entities.

  • Act as the primary management interface with external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Corporate Finance & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the CEO and external advisors on corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financial due diligence, valuation, and transaction modelling.

  • Lead posttransaction integration planning and execution from a finance perspective.

  • Contribute to IPOreadiness initiatives, including strengthening financial reporting, governance, controls, and finance capabilities, where applicable.

  • Coach and develop site finance leaders and corporate finance team members, with a strong focus on succession planning and capability development.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key Qualifications for Success

  • Comfortable operating as the most senior finance leader in the organization, while clearly positioned at VP level.

  • Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles such as VP Finance, Head of Corporate Finance, or Finance Director with regional or groupwide scope.

  • Direct semiconductor experience is strongly preferred; candidates with extensive exposure to semiconductor manufacturing finance and operating models similar in complexity will also be considered.

  • Strong technical grounding in group consolidation, group FP&A, treasury and insurance, tax, and internal controls, within a multientity, multicountry environment.
