My client, a well-established travel agency firm, is seeking an Operations Executive to join their team. You will play a key role in handling ticketing and operation work.
Responsibilities:
Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires from different branches.
Handle travel operations: Group reservations, Ticketing, Visa arrangements.
Recommend hotels, restaurants, and transportation options based on customers' preferences and interests.
Invoicing, refund of air tickets, chasing outstanding invoices
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Business relevant qualifications.
Minimally 1 year of relevant experience in operation/customer service/admin-related roles.
Candidates who are from travel industry will be preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel.
