Technical Project Manager - Mobility SaaS Development

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A spin-off start-up company under a well-known global conglomerate is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for their applications which are used by multiple global MNCs.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Understand business requirements, detect architecture drivers, define functional/non-functional requirement
-Create and review technical design documentation to ensure the production system is being built, tested, and operated according to technical standard or/and best practice
-Provide technical feasibility assessments and scoping for projects
-Oversee all activities of the project life cycle for in-house development or/and contract-based development.
-Handle interactions with multiple key stakeholders to achieve project goal
-Build the development team, define/practice the development, QA and operation process and improve it continuously
-Proactively identify and address issues or risks of our service from the functional/non-functional perspective

JOB REQUIREMENTS
■Hard Skill
-Experience of technical project manager or project manager for the production system more than 3 years
-Experience of requirement analysis, design, development(coding), testing, and operation of the production system
-Understanding the software development process like agile development
-Agile Development
-Code repository like Git
-Ticket management system like JIRA
-Test
-Understanding the system development process development
-Cloud infrastructure like AWS
-Relational database like MySQL, PostgreSQL
-NoSQL like redis, DynamoDB
-API
-CI/CD

-Mind of Deliver Results, Interest of Business Outcome
-Learn and be curious (Catch up the latest technologies, full stack)
