Job Description
You will be responsible in supporting the effective implementation of HR processes & service delivery to the business.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Recruitment: including sourcing using social media & other talent acquisition channels
Facilitate employee joining & induction
Manage HR records
Employee database management
Support payroll activities & benefits administration
Leave management
HR analytics & reports
Champion employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Min Degree in Human Resources or related fields
Min 3 years’ of relevant working experiences, preferably in MNCs
Demonstrated ability in recruitment and diverse knowledge in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast changing environment
High on result orientation
Strong analytical ability, attention to details
