My client is the pioneer and leading global provider of integrated Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC) solutions; Singapore office is serving as the regional's headquarter which covers the business function of all of Asia Pacific, parts of Africa and the Middle East.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Solutions Development Manager will lead the deployment and maintenance planning of package solutions sold across regions, as well as spearhead the development of new solutions tailored to industry needs.
Deeply understand the specifications, functions, and performance of package solutions sold across regions and countries by headquarters / subsidiaries and engage in activities necessary for promotion and sales in each region.
Expand the reach of labeling software and general software purchased from third parties or developed by headquarters to international regions
Support the deployment, inquiry handling, and maintenance of solutions introduced for key account customers across countries and regions, ensuring continuous operational and quality improvements through stable solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Over 5 years of experience in the software solution business industry or Auto-ID solution field
Experience in managing international projects (experience leading projects across multiple regions or countries)
Experience in developing software and package solutions (experience in developing new solutions and deploying existing products)
Team management experience (experience managing cross-departmental teams including development, sales, and maintenance is a plus)
Business-level Japanese and English skills including document creation, presentation, and meeting facilitation abilities for aligning with Japanese HQ, Japanese clients and local clients.
