Our Client is providing maintenance and after sales support to ensure emergency power equipment and systems remain operational.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform and carry out field technical support. Conduct installation and commissioning of machine and equipment such as genset and control panel.
Perform loadbank test for generator system and UPS.
24/7 carry standby on call basic.
Collaborate support customer services activities in Asia.
Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone and e-mail support to customers.
Provide pre-sale technical support.
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.
Conduct product application or technical training to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Possess over 2-3 years solid experience in field services, preferably having working experience in building equipment such high voltage equipment (Getset, HVAC, control panel, security system)
Able to review technical specification and/or to have basic understanding on technical/conceptual drawing provided from customer and suppliers.
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel overseas frequently and islandwide,
