Our Client is providing maintenance and aftersales support to ensure emergency power equipment and systems remain operational.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform and carry out field technical support. Conduct installation and commissioning of machine and equipment such as genset and control panel.
- Perform loadbank test for generator system and UPS.
- 24/7 carry standby on call basic.
- Collaborate support customer services activities in Asia.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone and e-mail support to customers.
- Provide pre-sale technical support.
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.
- Conduct product application or technical training to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess over 2-3 years solid experience in field services, preferably having working experience in building equipment such high voltage equipment (Getset, HVAC, control panel, security system)
- Able to review technical specification and/or to have basic understanding on technical/conceptual drawing provided from customer and suppliers.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel overseas frequently and islandwide,
