My client is a leading provider of scientific and medical equipment, laboratory furniture and hospital infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Responsible of all preventive and corrective support of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction.
Arranging for visits to conduct preventative and remedial actions.
Provide technical consultation to customers.
Monthly service reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service / maintenance
- Understanding of refrigeration system & robotic liquid handling equipment will be an advantage.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
