Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Our client is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company committed to making high‑quality medicines affordable and accessible worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through excellent territory execution, key account development and effective product positioning. This is a field-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and territory forecasts for assigned products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with private hospitals, clinic groups, specialists and KOLs; secure formulary listings and product adoption.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends; deliver actionable insights and SMART recommendations to marketing and commercial teams.
Coordinate with internal teams (regulatory, medical affairs, RA, distribution) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
3–5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in the Private Market (private hospitals, GPs, specialists).
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and experience engaging with KOLs.
- Proven track record in territory management, key account development and achieving sales targets.
