Our client, a regional trading & distribution company within the specialty chemicals industry, is hiring for a senior sales executive.
Role Summary
- Drive sales growth of chemical products across Asian markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets with a strong hunter mindset.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales performance and develop strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and align sales activities with principals’ strategies.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, customer support, and credit management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemicals industry.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow profitable business.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
