Headquartered in Germany, our client is a manufacturer and distributor with global presence in more than 10 countries. As part of the company expansion, the team is looking for a Senior Executive, Compliance to join Singapore team. You will work in a close-knitted team and stable organization.
Responsibilities
- Review existing compliance policies and guidelines. Develop robust compliance standard to ensure compliance with the Company's policies (Code of Conduct, Personal Data Protection Policy, Workplace Safety and Health, Business Continuity Plan)
- Provide regular updates on the policies changes
- Support Data Protection Officer on reviewing and implementing personal data protection policies and procedures
- Support compliance training for employees from different departments
- Perform internal audit checks on the Company's regulations
- Develop and execute Environment Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives
Requirement
- 2- 3 years working experiences relevant to compliance or audit
- Experience in handling risk management, internal control, governance preferred
- Have a good understanding on PDPA Act.
- Able to work in a team and highly independent
- Candidates with shorter notice period preferred
