Senior Consultant (Insurance System)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the famous tech consulting firms is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to work with their client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting business requirements gathering, analysis, improvement, and prioritization.
• Managing projects by planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
• Employing problem-solving techniques to identify, mitigate, and resolve issues.
• Participation in pre-sales and sales activities, including: Solutioning and proposing strategies, with a focus on planning, suggesting improvements, and enhancing presentations.
• Designing and developing proposals using MS PowerPoint.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of working experience with an Insurance company (life, non-life or reinsurance), or Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Project Management Consultant on Insurance related projects in a professional services setting.
• Must be well versed in end-to-end policy lifecycle and its peripherals as you will be working on projects with diverse types of insurers with varying forms.
• Ability to adapt and understand different business model such as underwriting-results-based insurers and cash-flow-based insurers.
• Experience in IT implementation projects in an Insurance company or for a client.
• Ability to deliver projects on both Traditional and Agile project methodologies.
• Experience in digital-related projects or technologies in at least one of these areas: Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics, Robotics Process Automation, Digital Portals (sales, claims, etc.), and Policy Administration System
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and soft skills, including effective communication with clients and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment, maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity, and proactivity.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
