We are currently looking for a Senior Application Specialist to be based in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage enterprise applications, specifically ServiceNow and Coupa, across all regions.
- Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications (e.g., Azure AD, SAP, On-Prem Active Directory).
- Handle Change Requests, including developing custom forms and updating workflows.
- Engage with business users for requirements gathering and transform them into system requirements.
- Facilitate End-to-End development with complex workflows and conduct end-user testing.
- Document business requirements and systems specifications.
- Manage SLAs and deliverables for multiple projects.
- Perform regular account reviews for security and compliance within the ServiceNow platform.
- Administer platform release/version upgrades, including scheduling, cloning, and migration of data.
- Conduct end-user trainings to ensure proper application usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in configuration and development within ServiceNow.
- Excellent Web Development skills (e.g., HTML, Angularjs, CSS).
- Prior working experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) using ServiceNow.
- Prior working experience in customizing widgets for Service Portal.
- Prior knowledge of ITIL processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience in integrating multiple tools using SOAP/REST and proficiency in writing scripts in Object-Oriented Programming Concepts (OOPS).
- Experience in PowerShell Scripting.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues.
