JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Actively seek out prospects to drive ongoing business growth.
Engage with Potential Clients: Initiate contact with potential customers, conduct visits, and prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Engage in negotiations to close deals.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, supporting their project needs and addressing inquiries.
Analyze Market Trends: Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities, providing monthly reports on findings.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to broaden our client base.
Achieve Sales Targets: Manage activities to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Account Management: Oversee the entire customer journey, from pre-sales and post-sales to commissioning.
Address Sales Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver product presentations, and meet client requirements.
Manage Payment Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments.
Perform Additional Duties: Execute other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction, or a related field.
Sales Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in scaffolding.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Office applications.
Technical Reading Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Relationship Management: Strong ability in customer relationship management and networking, with a talent for building rapport at all levels.
Initiative and Career Focus: Proactive with a strong desire to excel and develop a career in sales.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
Collaboration: Work effectively with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
