An Electronic Manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager. This candidate will oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in customer acquisition and business negotiations within the Semiconductor industry
- Establishing a new key account platform to broaden sales efforts
- Presenting the company's products to clients
- Crafting offers and conducting contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements
- Collaborating with the technical support team to address technical queries and develop solutions for customers
- Analyzing potential customers, markets, and competitor companies
- Formulating sales plans and strategies
- Coordinating special marketing activities, such as fairs or trade shows
- Overseeing and supporting projects based on customer requirements
- Managing and coordinating customer order
To succeed as a sales manager, focus on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, lead and motivate your sales team, set clear goals, and adapt strategies based on market trends and feedback for sustained success.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably possess a university degree or apprenticeship in economics, microelectronics engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the Semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and PC knowledge.
- Possess a sales-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured and efficient work approach
