[Job Summary]
· Clients Management and new business development activity
· Attend client’s enquiry, consults, and take necessary action
· Visit to the site and conduct survey and prepare quotation
· Supervise operational work and give necessary instruction to worker
· Provide necessary customer service to clients
· Prepare necessary documents
· Closely liaise with internal/external parties for smooth operation
· Other business operational duties assigned by senior
[Requirement]
· Business level of Japanese to communicate well with Japanese customer to understand their expectation and needs.
· Customer service oriented person
· Possess good listening and communication skill
· Able to work well with different background of people with respect
