OVERVIEW
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive.
This position will focus on expanding business in the ASEAN market, covering both new business development and existing client management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new customers in the ASEAN region and introduce company products to untapped accounts.
Conduct requirement gathering, technical coordination, and price negotiations with clients.
Manage mass-production launch activities and coordinate specifications with suppliers and Japan-based engineering teams.
Lead project management activities for new business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
Handle delivery coordination, PSI management, and sales performance monitoring.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as marine repairs, marine machinery spare parts, warehousing & logistics, or ship owners/ship management companies.
Proficient in English and Japanese (for internal/external communication).
Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work in a multinational environment.
Logical thinker with a positive, proactive work attitude.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to take on challenges and adapt to various business situations.
BENEFITS
Salary Range: SGD 3,200 – 5,000/month
AWS: 1 month
Variable Bonus: 1.5 – 2 months

Work-from-home: 2 days/month (not applicable during peak periods or months with many public holidays)
Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30
