The role involves managing multi-disciplinary project teams and ensuring successful project
delivery in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Lead and coordinate the efforts of sub-teams, including Quality Control, ACMV Site
Coordination, ACMV Design Engineering, Electrical & BMS, Project Quantity
Surveying & Administration, and Environment, Health & Safety.
Ensure project milestones, schedules, and budgets are achieved in line with contract requirements.
Oversee design review, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV and BMS systems.
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical and site issues.
Implement quality assurance and safety procedures throughout project phases.
Prepare progress reports and provide timely updates to management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 8 years of relevant project management experience in large-scale M&E/ACMV/BMS construction projects.
Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
