The Process Executive is responsible for processing documentation validation and sales administration supporting client activities.
Job Responsibilities

Review orders to ensure requirements and documentation accuracy

Periodically review priorities based on company needs and customer sensitivity

Assist in validation of contractual information and request queries related

Work closely with all level of the organization to meet customer business needs

Identify process improvements to increase productivity and quality

Ensure adherence to escalation process during resolution of complex queries

Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism

Backup support to team members when required
Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client support and customer service

Japanese Business proficiency is required to work with Japanese stakeholders
-
Dynamic, detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
