Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our robotic systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance on robotic systems, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Assist the project manager to develop the on-site project implementation plan to ensure the project is completed on time and with quality.
- Document maintenance processes and operation protocols for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding the operation of robotic systems.
- Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities comply with industry safety standards.
- Track performance of robotic systems, and suggest ways for improvement.
- Participate in project planning and provide insights from the operations and maintenance perspective.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in robotic technology and maintenance procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues that arise during the operation of the robotic systems.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
- Manage the site implementation process and coordinate all phases of the project work to ensure the smooth implementation of the site.
- Responsible for the installation and commissioning of on-site equipment to ensure normal operation of equipment.
- Provide training support to customers on the use and maintenance of equipment to ensure that customers are able to use and maintain the equipment correctly.
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer in the field of robotics, computer, or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of robotic systems, with a focus on their operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and quality testing tools for robotic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends in robotic systems operation and maintenance
- Able to work long hours as and when required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, preference shall be given to candidate with 2 years on-site work experience in Singapore project environment.
