JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding client experiences.
Support mass and premier bankers in the branch in sales, product knowledge and client's requests.
Motivate sales team to hit targets.
Build relationships for the long-term and understand clients financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth, with appropriate investment solutions.
Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years within the onshore banking sales, with banking knowledge with good sales track record or 3 years as a mass banking team head with premier products knowledge.
Able to prove track record of helping branches/ team mates achieve their targets/ have some management experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to learn new products and services quickly
Enjoys being in a team, engaging with co-workers.
Motivated self-starter, identifying opportunities
