MNC Pharmaceutical company is looking for the candidates who has 2-3 years of marketing experience at Pharmaceutical company.
Purpose
1. To assist in the execution on the marketing strategy to drive the business success in APAC, across all product franchises.
2. To develop and implement regional initiatives to drive marketing operational excellence to support long-term vision and growth of the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive marketing of in-line products as needed to achieve business success
Develop strategic and tactical brand plans for the affiliates in close collaboration with affiliate commercial colleagues and HQ marketing teams
Ensure compliance to all industry standards and company policies.
Execute APAC Region-wide strategy in co-ordination with HQ brand lead to deliver revenue and profit goals
Coordinate and foster cross-functional teamwork (HQ, affiliates, partners) to deliver company strategy and commercial objectives
Partner with affiliate and partner General Managers and Business Unit Heads to ensure optimisation and implementation of project plans and strategies
Assist affiliates and partners to develop and organise local and regional communications campaigns (conferences, symposiums etc) for franchise products
Position Requirements
2 to 3 years marketing experience in healthcare industry is preferred
Ability to work in an office environment with normal office duties
