JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee financial activities for multiple entities within the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.
- Conduct and supervise consolidation accounting for multiple entities to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with finance teams across various entities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry.
- Business proficiency of Japanese language is advantageous to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
- Hands on experiences in J-SOX and J-GAAP with international standard.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager and handling multiple entities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environment.
- A team player and proactive.
