Loan Operations Officer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client is one of the regional bank in Asia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Back office general operations, settlement, input vouchers for loans, securities, money market transactions
• Operation of accounting system and settlement system (SWIFT)
• To check the daily bank statement and maintain adequate account balance
• To monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer’s accounts
• To support human resource, accounting and administrative function.

REQUIREMENTS

• Accredited degree from a reputable university
• 3-5 years of experience in performing Back Office work.
• Knowledge of Swift payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate issues to manager.
