【Job Responsibilities】
- Leagal support and advise for clients (mainly Japanese company)
- Suppot clients for M&A
- Liaising with local firm in Malaysia, Philippine, and Indonesia
【Requirement】
1. Malaysia Bar, Philippine Bar, Indonesia Bar, or Singapore Bar
2. At least 5 years of experience at Law firm
3. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
4. Based in Singapore
