JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the Bank's comprehensive IT operations, infrastructure support, and production control. Handle everyday IT tasks, enhance productivity, and ensure stable infrastructure in a cloud environment.
- Perform regular IT Operations & Infrastructure tasks to maintain system, service, and infrastructure reliability, availability, and security, adhering to established IT operational policies, procedures, and processes.
- Oversee the Bank's infrastructure, including core banking applications, user IT assets, data backup and storage, payment systems (like SWIFT, MEPS+, Paynow/FAST), and third-party applications.
- Work with various teams to address complex issues and execute application operations like upgrades, migrations, and patches.
- Handle production incidents and enforce controls within the ITSM framework.
- Collaborate with relevant departments on the Bank’s disaster recovery plans, including strategy, planning, drills, and execution.
- Conduct IT audits and assessments as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree Holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 year’s experience in Project Management, end-user, and IT operational support, with experience in banking and finance is preferred
- Solid understanding and practice of IT service management. Experience with ITIL is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams similarly to ensure effective delivery of projects
- Experienced in managing incident and problem management, including but not limited to third-party services, data center solutions
- Additional experience in third-party vendor expertise is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin to communicate with overseas stakeholders
