Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and monitor emerging trends in the fintech sector.
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities, including reviewing business proposals and pitch decks.
- Support due diligence processes and prepare materials for investment committee review.
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses for valuations, liquidity events, and deal structures.
- Manage deal flow and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Coordinate deal execution with internal teams and external stakeholders such as law firms, auditors, and brokers.
- Build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies and partners to drive value creation initiatives.
- Assist with fund operations, including marketing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
