Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of components and equipment, supporting automation and manufacturing industries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage the product lineup based on market trends and customer needs.
Analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast product demand.
Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and ensure timely replenishment.
Collaborate with suppliers to optimize product profitability, reduce costs, and expand offerings.
Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating closely with suppliers and expediting orders when necessary.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.
Maintain and update the product master database to ensure data accuracy.
Work with internal departments on product-related initiatives such as promotions, quality checks, and other activities.
Compile and analyze product statistics to generate insightful reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in B2B industrial sales.
Proven experience in inventory and supply chain management.
