Role:
- Updating and reviewing of HR Policies & Procedures
- Headcount Budgeting
- Manpower Reporting
- Review of payroll
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Management
- Employee Matters including disciplinary, grievance, benefits
- Corporate Compliance
- Adhoc as assigned
Requirements
- People managerial experience
- 6-10 years of experience in a Generalist and business partner role
- Strong in Microsoft Office
- Very strong interpersonal skills
