Job Responsibilities
Handle payroll, leave and claims administration on AGHRM system.
Handle CPF/IR8A declaration.
Handle Compensation and benefits, e.g. performance review and assessment management.
Ensure company HR policies that are following the labor regulation and MOM guideline.
Communicate HR Policies and addressing employment relations issues to employees
Plan and participate in recruitment events and HR developments.
Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification and or equivalent in HR or management
Minimum 5 years of HR related working experience
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill with staff of all level
Location: Pasir Panjang
