General Manager- Casino Operations
Our client in the leisure and hospitality industry is hiring a General Manager. This position will be responsible for the complete setup and management of a casino on a cruise ship
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of gaming operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Manage relationships with vendors and oversee equipment procurement and maintenance.
Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality or related field
Proven expertise in gaming operations and strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Gaming license or certification from a recognized authority (e.g., PAGCOR, Macau DICJ, Nevada Gaming Control Board) is an advantage.
