Finance and Accounting Manager
【Roles and Responsibilities】
‐Manage the finance team and support the Finance Director (Japanese) in regional finance matters. In the future, you may be responsible for regional accounting and tax matters
‐Support Finance Director and manage the finance team for below finance, accounting & tax related matters
• Handle the management of bank account matters (i.e. Opening/Closing accounts, changing status), maintain good relationship with the banks
• Review daily journal entry and monthly bank reconciliation
• Review and approve the payment for daily operation and investment
• Bank Guarantee/Finance related support
• Preparation of monthly cash forecast report, quarterly report for Japan HQ…etc.
【Requirements】• 7 years experience related to accounting/finance/audit
• CPA -related qualification (CPA, Japan-CPA, USCPA, ACCA etc.)
• Management experience
• Japanese N2 or above (Strongly required to report/communicate with Japan HQ)
