JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and assess transactions, product‑shifting applications, and their potential implications.
- Classify products according to export control requirements, including strategic and non‑strategic categories.
- Coordinate with HQ to ensure that policy updates and equipment movement information are accurately captured in the company database.
- Ensure Trade Control processes adhere to local regulatory requirements and the company’s global control standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records for all Trade Control‑related operations.
- Conduct end‑user screenings for products prior to shipment or quotation.
- Provide training to enhance awareness of export and customs compliance across the Group.
- Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Product Classification, Customs Regulations, or Singapore’s Strategic Goods Control Act is preferred.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
