Responsibilities
• Advise clients on event or project communications solutions
• Manage overall progress and development of accounts and projects
• Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clientele
• Strategise and develop effective relationships with vendors and talents
• Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions
Requirements
• Relevant experience in client management and account management (min 2 years)
• Experience in the execution of a physical, hybrid or virtual events
• Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends and technology solutions
• Able to work independently yet contribute as a team player
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Successful track record of project management to secure sales and achieve sales targets
