JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and run marketing campaigns for CHRO audiences
Work with sales, marketing, and channel teams across APJ
Create local programs for markets like Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea, and India
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies
Manage agencies, budgets, and partner programs
Drive pipeline growth through smart marketing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
15+ years in marketing (SaaS/cloud preferred)
Strong campaign and demand generation experience
Familiar with APJ markets and HR tech
Great communication and stakeholder skills
