One of the famous tech consulting firms is looking to hire Consultant and Senior Consultant to work with their client, a bank.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with end users and Head Office to create planning papers for UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals.
- Leading tasks related to UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals in coordination with end users and Head Office.
- Facilitating meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders in Singapore and Japan.
- Adjusting project scopes and requirements as necessary.
- Undertaking other relevant tasks as assigned by the project manager, including documentation and information gathering.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking domain or consulting firm.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, encompassing e-Banking, remittance, cross border payment, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g., MT101, MT103, MT940) and MX format (e.g., pain001, pacs008, camt053).
- Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes, and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations.
- Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and meeting facilitation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skill in both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
Goot to Have
- Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus
- Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
