My client, a well-established consultancy firm, is seeking a Business Consultant to join its team. You will play a key role in providing advisory services in business strategy planning and analysis for our clients.
Responsibilities:

Deliver business strategy and marketing recommendations to clients

Identify potential business opportunities for clients such as new ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and partnerships.

Conduct financial due diligence to ascertain the financial health of companies in terms of potential partners or acquisitions.

Perform data analysis and manage P&L statement for clients, including market positioning, customers, financial modelling, cost benefit analysis.
-
Develop long term proposals for potential clients according to their needs (e.g. expansion) across different regions.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business relevant qualifications.
-
Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in market research, analysis, FP&A or consulting role.

Candidate with 1 to 2 years audit experience in Big4 companies will be a plus point.

Ability to manage complex regional engagements
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
