One of our Japanese clients who operates clinic is looking for Japanese speaking receptionist.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receptionist, Accounting, General Customer Service
- Medical checkups (reception, arrangement, report writing and dispatch)
- Medical secretarial work
- Assist the manager, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT
➢ Business level Japanese *for internal/external communication
➢ Experience in customer service, reception, or other customer relations work
➢ Experience in customer service, receptionist, etc
➢ Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks
➢ Qualifications and experience in medical administration would be preferable, but no experience is necessary

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Location: City area
Salary: ~S$4,000 *More or less is negotiable depending on your experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:45-18:30 / Saturday 8:45-13:00 *One weekday a week is off in the afternoon
Probation period: 3 months
Insurance: Medical insurance of group hospital
Bonus: Twice a year
AL: 14 days in the first year
MC: 14 days per year
