Located at Philippines, our client in manufacturing industry is looking for Head of Finance to lead a team. This person will report to Managing Director and oversees the accounting and finance functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to meet company's goal.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including executives, board members, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide insights into key financial metrics and trend
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about changes in economic and regulatory environments that may impact the organization's financial health.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in financial systems and implement tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA) preferred.
- More than 15 years working experiences and proven experiences in similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
