Located at Philippines, our client in manufacturing industry is looking for Head of Finance to lead a team. This person will report to Managing Director and oversees the accounting and finance functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to meet company's goal.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including executives, board members, and regulatory bodies.
Provide insights into key financial metrics and trend
Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Stay informed about changes in economic and regulatory environments that may impact the organization's financial health.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in financial systems and implement tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Roles:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA) preferred.
More than 15 years working experiences and proven experiences in similar role.
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
